About First Choice

First Choice Clinic has been in Somerset, KY for three decades. We first opened our doors August 15th, 1986. We exist to provide education, testing and resources for our community.

Our education covers life skills, parenting classes, pregnancy related lessons, miscarriage/infant loss counseling and post-abortive counseling. Our testing is for your benefit and the health of our community.

We offer free Sexually Transmitted Infections testing (Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, & Trichomoniasis) and Sexually Transmitted Disease testing (Herpes, HIV, Syphilis, & Hepatitis).

If we do not provide what you need in our office, we are able to guide you to the right resources for you.
